FreeSydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites Tranche 1 Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) clinical staff and management to this information session. You will find out more on how you will participate in the new service as part of the pilot group of facilities.
Topics covered include:
– Introduction to the service provider
– Software demo by the service provider
– Memorandum of Understanding between service provider and facility
– Development of an Implementation Plan for each facility
