In response to the ongoing bushfires affecting communities across NSW SNHN have created a bushfires information page to provide health professionals and the wider Northern Sydney community, with relevant information.
The webpage includes specific advice for health professionals regarding offering professional support in affected areas, important contacts if practices or patients are affected, as well as shaping the emergency response plan for the Northern Sydney region.
Community members can find help and support in the Community Information section, which gives health advice, instructions on emergency preparation, practical and economic aid, and mental health and well being support.
