This virtual event is an opportunity for health professionals to develop knowledge about Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) as an enabler to improving outcomes and experiences for diverse populations across the care continuum. The free event will host new health initiatives, innovations and research related to Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) that have (or will) translate into improved outcomes and experiences for people across the care continuum. It will support clinicians and other professionals to deepen their understanding of PRMs, through hearing reflections on outcomes and learnings that are relevant across the health sector.
