The Australian Government has identified improvements in knowledge and awareness of STIs among health professionals, as well as accessible sexual and reproductive health services as key national health priorities.

General practitioners have a pivotal role in the provision of sexual and reproductive healthcare in Australia. However, GPs have identified several challenges in being confident to provide sexual and reproductive health consultations to their patients.

This webinar will provide general practitioners with an overview of sexual and reproductive health care in general practice, covering sexual health, sexual history taking, STI screening and contraception.
