The Standard MHFA Course for adults teaches participants how to assist colleagues, friends, family and members of the community who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Course is sponsored by the Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) for communities located within the Sydney North Health Network region.
This blended course is ideal for those who cannot take two full days out of work to attend the face to face course. It consists of a self-paced learning program (5-7hrs) and 2 x 2.5 hr instructor-led sessions that are run online.
Dates: Two online instructor-led sessions on Thursday 23rd February and Thursday 2nd March 2023
