Sydney North Older Persons Mental Health Network and SNHN would like to invite you to :

Ageing: Mind, body and a whole of community journey, an interactive discussion with Marika Kontellis, CEO Council on the Ageing (NSW), Social Worker and community engager and Dr Stephen Ginsborg, GP, and Board Member SNHN and COTA (NSW).

Face to face option – attendance numbers are limited – a light dinner will be served from 6.30pm.
A Zoom option will be available to attend this meeting and link will be sent to you after you register.

There is no cost for Practices and their staff within the SNHN region to attend this training
