SNHN 2021 AGM and Primary Health Care Symposium: The Future of Primary Health Care

Join us for the SNHN 2021 AGM and Health Professionals Symposium
This event includes keynote presentations and a world-leading expert panel who will discuss and explore the future of primary care, including a system that will be better integrated to prevent disease and promote health whilst meeting people’s multi-disciplinary needs.

Given COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM and health symposium will be held with a limited number of spaces to attend face to face at the Northside Conference Centre. A second option will be available to register to attend online via the interactive live streamed webinar.

Face-to-face registrations have now reached capacity. To participate in the live-stream interactive webinar click here and fill in the registration form.

To ensure the safety of our audience and speakers all in-person participants will need to be fully vaccinated in order to gain access to the physical event.  If you do not meet this criteria, you are welcome to attend via the virtual stream.
