Join us for the SNHN 2021 AGM and Health Professionals Symposium
This event includes keynote presentations and a world-leading expert panel who will discuss and explore the future of primary care, including a system that will be better integrated to prevent disease and promote health whilst meeting people’s multi-disciplinary needs.

Given COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM and health symposium will be held with a limited number of spaces to attend face to face at the Kirribilli Club. A second option will be available to register to attend online via the interactive live streamed webinar.
