The SNHN Residential Aged Care Virtual Care Service is a fully funded service, commissioned by Sydney North Health Network to provide remote vital signs monitoring and secure video calling capability for residents/staff within Sydney North residential aged care homes (RACHs) and their general practitioners. This webinar will explain what the SNHN Residential Aged Care Virtual Care Service is, who it is intended for and its current progress to date. The intended audience is residential aged care home staff and general practitioners located in Sydney North region.
