Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites Practice Leaders to a workshop which offers a supportive environment with your peers to understand the fundamentals of leadership in the General Practice setting and a deeper understanding of your style, strengths, and behaviours.

You will discover your Leadership Profile using the proven DISC ‘Work of Leaders’ online assessment and develop a comprehensive personal development action plan.

Timings

8.45am for registration and light snack

9.15am – 4.15pm for training

SPEAKERS:

Ian Corless, Reflect-if Consulting

Ian is a senior executive, leadership coach and facilitator who has over 25 years experience working in the UK, New Zealand, USA and Australia across varied sectors including, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, logistics and education. This has included senior roles and consulting engagements in multinationals, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Practice Principals, Partners and Practice Managers.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Apply enhanced leadership skills to realising desired business and clinical outcomes
  • Foster an engaged, high performing practice team
  • Develop and implement a personal leadership improvement plan with measurable outcomes
  • Identify one specific clinical area for improvement and lead and measure tangible outcomes for the practice and patients

There is no cost for participants working in the SNHN region.
