Join us for this interactive workshop to focus on practicalities of introducing regular heart heath checks in general practice.

– Accessing guidelines and resources about heart health checks
– Assigning roles within your practice
– Deciding on patients to target
– Generating lists for recall
– Deciding on the wording to invite patients
– Designing the patient flow during the heart health check
– Utilising admin and nursing staff to their full potential
– Making the billing work
– Evaluating your efforts
