Face to Face: Managing Drug and Alcohol concerns when dealing with young people

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GPs, Primary Care Nurses, Psychologists and Social Workers to this education and facilitated panel discussion addressing the Alcohol and Drug issues that are commonly facing the young people within our region.

We will hear from a local Child and Adolescent Addiction Psychiatrist, NSW Police, Sydney Drug and Alcohol Counselling Centre and Independent Drug Education Australia.

Dinner and a networking opportunity will be provided by 6.30pm.

• Design a safe, judgement-free space for young people to open up about alcohol and drug use, promoting resilience
• Implement referral pathways utilising youth AOD support services, encouraging self care
