Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local Primary Care Practice Nurses to a workshop on Care Planning.  This is also an opportunity to network with other Nurses in the Northern Sydney area.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Local Primary Care Nurses practicing in the Northern Sydney Region

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • How to perform a care plan on Best practice
  • How to set up templates for care planning on Best Practice
  • How to import and use external templates on Best Practice
  • Motivational Interviewing and smart goals using external Portals to guide care planning
