Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals to a workshop exploring specific issues faced when living with diabetes and improving management strategies and care to improve health outcomes

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Outline the optimal transition processes from paediatric to adult diabetes care
  • Recognise the unique requirements of patients with diabetes in pregnancy and identify care pathways and management, of patients with GDM
  • Identify mental health challenges for patients with diabetes
COST:
There is no cost for GPs, PNs and AHPs practicing within the SNHN region
