Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GP’s, Practice Managers and Nurses to join the webinar to share key features and benefits of the new data extraction tool – Primary Sense.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Local General Practitioners, Practice Managers and Primary Care Nurses practicing in the Northern Sydney Region

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

• Outline the features and benefits of Primary Sense in General Practices
• Understand the benefits of the Patient Complexity score (ACG risk stratification tool)
• Utilise the GP Prompts/Alerts function effectively
• Discuss the quality improvement/CPD activities using Primary Sense
