Know your numbers – understanding your practice data

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local Practice Managers, Practice Nurses and Administration Staff to an introduction on how to use the Cat 4 data extraction tool and Top Bar Real Time app in practice. The aim of this workshop is to enable practices to better understand their data and patient population, identify ‘Patients at Risk’, review MBS items billed and to identify patients who would benefit from a Care Plan.
