Allied Health Grow Your Clinic: Team Culture, Recruitment and Client Journey

Sydney North Health Network invites Private Practice Allied Health Providers to participate in a business skills workshop that explores the important business foundations of team culture, team recruitment and retention, attracting new clients, and optimal client experience. 

Presented in partnership with Clinic Mastery, the workshop will help you grow your clinic in a sustainable way that puts team members and your clients’ health outcomes at the centre of practice transformation. With the Clinic Mastery systems, coaching and community, the workshop will offer guidance to participants in building their clinics, leading inspired teams, and delivering amazing client experiences.

The workshop also presents a wonderful networking opportunity for allied health business owners. Morning tea and a light lunch is provided.

This half-day workshop is best suited to allied health business owners, practice managers or those working in a private allied health practice in a clinical leadership role.

SPEAKERS:

Andrew Daubney, Business Consultant, Clinic Mastery; Director, Rebound Health; Co-Director, Rebound Academy

Andrew is an Exercise Physiologist and Director of a multidisciplinary allied health company on the northern beaches, with three clinics and a team of 28. He is a Business Consultant with Clinic Mastery, and Co-director of Rebound Academy, an education and training company that provides opportunities for clinicians to upskill through clinical and business training courses.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Ideally suited to Allied Health Business Owners, Practice Principals, Practice Managers or those working in a leadership role in small-medium sized allied health practices.

COST:
There is no cost for Allied Health Professionals working within the SNHN region to attend this workshop
