EXTERNAL EVENT: Mental Health First Aid workshops

2022 SNHN Funded Courses – Community Standard Adult MHFA and Youth MHFA
These Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Courses are generously sponsored by the Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) for communities located within the Sydney North Health Network region. The Mental Health First Aid course will teach you how to provide initial support to other adults who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan.

The course will be available in 2 formats:  (various dates & times)
(a) a blended course (5-7 hrs self paced learning + 2 x 2.5hrs instructor zoom sessions)
(b) Face to Face Course (12hrs over 2 days).
