SYNOPSIS:
A workshop in advance care planning, including ethical principles and capacity issues relevant to this process.
Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding of communication strategies and reflect on some of the complex issues that influence peoples decisions in advance care planning processes.
For health professionals in acute, chronic, aged care and/or palliative care settings who are providing care to people with a life-limiting illness and/or their caregivers.
Morning Tea provided.
COST: 1 Day Course $165 + GST; 2 Day Course $275 + GST.
