Seeking primary care providers to join Evacuation Centre Health Team

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is seeking expressions of interest from GPs, general practice nurses, general practice managers, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, occupational therapists and social workers who may be interested in supporting emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities across the Northern Sydney region.

Primary care plays a critical role during emergencies such as bushfires, floods, severe weather events, public health emergencies and evacuation centre activations. Building a network of skilled and willing primary care professionals will strengthen local preparedness and help communities access essential healthcare during and after emergencies.
