Sydney North Health Network’s (SNHN) Primary Care Advancement Team (PCAT) is an experienced group of primary care experts that are working with GPs, practice nurses, practice managers and practice staff to help better the patient experience so that patients receive the right care, in the right place at the right time. The team are available to respond to a broad range of practice support needs including:

• General Practice Accreditation (see quick links)
• Proda registration
• Proda delegation

Practice Managers Network 

The Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) provides a Practice Managers Network which hosts events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among practice managers and staff in the Northern Sydney region. This network is part of SNHN’s broader initiative to support primary health professionals by offering professional development, practice support, updates on programs, local services and other topics relevant to practice management.
