GPs, Residential Aged Care Home staff, residents and carers are invited to join fellow GRACE Video-Telehealth Study participants and team members, together with to help shape an online resource hub for improving video telehealth between general practice and aged care homes.
This practical online resource hub is being developed with Medcast partners to support and improve the use of video-telehealth between General Practice and Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH).
This workshop is available both face to face and online. For those attending face to face, dinner will be provided.
