Specifically focused on improving mental health outcomes across regional, rural and remote Australia, the 2026 Rural Mental Health Conference program is centred on what actually works – practical, evidence-informed approaches that can be implemented and sustained in real-world settings.
The program covers areas including prevention and early intervention, suicide prevention, digital mental health care, stepped care and service navigation, workforce sustainability and leadership, and community-led approaches.
