Current Services

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) commissions a range of services to help meet the needs of communities in the Northern Sydney region. These commissioned services are health or community support programs that SNHN specifically funds and coordinates. Delivered by SNHN’s partner organisations, the services provide targeted, evidence-based support in areas including mental health, alcohol and other drugs, aged care and care coordination. 

By addressing service gaps and improving access to care, commissioned services help deliver better health outcomes for local communities. You can refer your patients or clients to these services, which are provided free of charge.
