Did you know that you can access other HealthPathways sites using your Sydney North HealthPathways personal login?
Some of your patients may live outside the Northern Sydney catchment, and you may need quick access to other HealthPathways sites when referring them to their local services. Before requesting access to other NSW HealthPathways sites, make sure you have already registered to Sydney North HealthPathways by completing the registration form.
- Bookmark and clearly label Sydney North HealthPathways on your browser.
- Navigate to the HealthPathways site that’s located within NSW and sign in from their welcome page.
- Enter your personal email/username and password for Sydney North HealthPathways and click ‘Sign In’.
- Answer the questions in the form, saying why you want access and where you heard about HealthPathways.
- Submit your response and you will receive an email with a link to the site.
- Bookmark and label that region’s site on your browser.
