The new CVD Risk Screening, Recall and Treatment Report report gives practices visibility, insights, and clinical decision support capability, making it easier to target preventive care and improve cardiovascular health outcomes.

This report provides your practice with a significantly enhanced ability to identify, assess, and manage patients who may be at risk of cardiovascular disease.
