Important changes to Home Nursing Service medication management referrals

The Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service is unable to accept new referrals for routine medication management and medication supervision for community‑based patients. NSHNS will continue to provide medication support only for patients prescribed palliative or end-of-life medications, in line with NSW LHD community nursing frameworks.
