Strengthening Community Wellbeing in Northern Sydney

We’re excited to announce the successful providers for the Integrated Wellbeing Hub Tender, who will join Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) in a syndicate agreement to deliver integrated, community-based mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drugs wellbeing services across Northern Sydney.

Together, we look forward to working in partnership to deliver accessible, high-quality, and person-centred support through the Integrated Wellbeing Hubs.

After a 6 months period of transition, SNHN will work closely with our syndicate partners from 1 July 2026 and together focus on building strong local partnerships, embedding culturally safe and integrated models of care and delivering equitable outcomes for the Northern Sydney region.
