  • Local Aged Care Service providers – NSLHD, PCCS & Just Better Care
TARGET AUDIENCE:

GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and other service providers

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Identify the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia
  • Appropriately manage a patient with Behavioral & Psychological Symptoms of Dementia in primary care
  • Understand the role of other health practitioners & services in dementia management
  • Develop improved referral pathways for aged care services in the Hornsby & Ku-Ring-Gai region
COST:
No cost for GPs and health professionals practising within the SNPHN region
