Transport assistance for less mobile patients

Volunteer carers and drivers can transport patients from the door and help them into the vehicle, this affordable and accessible solution can help older people, people with disability or others who are temporarily incapacitated access your practice

Easylink provides community transport door-to-door for people on the northern beaches who have difficulty using public or private transport.

The not-for-profit service runs Monday – Friday, with shuttles also available to Delmar, Manly Waters and North Shore Hospitals. Considering your patients needs transport can provide the following services:

  • Individual transport for any purpose, such as GP appointments, hospital visits/shuttles , shopping or hairdressers
  • Group shopping trips
  • Social outings
  • Multi-cultural outings for specific language groups

Referrals can be made for URGENT medical appointments by health professionals or any member of the public.
