RSVP: Shape the Future of Your Local Health Services – Establishment of Local Coordinated Networks
This is your opportunity to shape the future of Primary Healthcare in your region.
The Sydney North Health Network has funding available to invest in Primary Healthcare services locally. We want to work in partnership with general practices on how best to implement, and utilise this funding to maximise its impact.
A key component of this work is the establishment of Local Coordinated Networks. Based on key issues pertinent to local areas, SNPHN will provide the opportunity to commission services to support local service delivery. Funding is available to target severe and complex mental health needs as well as other areas of identified need.
This workshop will explore:
- The establishment of Local Coordinated Networks
- Areas of identified need within the area
- Service provision for people with severe and complex mental health needs
