Request for Proposal of Service – Psychosocial Support Services

SNPHN is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to apply to deliver new Psychosocial Support Services in the Northern Sydney region through a Request for Proposal process, with services to commence from January 2019.

Aims of Psychosocial Support Services for people with severe mental illness:

  • To support people with severe mental illness who have an associated level of reduced psychosocial functional capacity who are not eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • To provide non-clinical services to help these people achieve their recovery goals, such as services to assist with developing social skills, maintaining stable housing and maintaining physical wellbeing
  • To improve overall mental health outcomes and equity in service availability for this cohort

Information Session: An information session about the Request for Proposal will be held at 9:30am on 24th October at Sydney North Primary Health Network offices, St Leonards. To register, please email Amanda Silla, Commissioning Coordinator at ASilla@snhn.org.au.
