What is this service?
Health Navigators Northern Sydney is a FREECALL phone service for local health, aged and social care workers to support them in navigating complex care situations for their elderly, frail and vulnerable clients in the Northern Sydney region.
How does it work?
Local healthcare professionals, who understand our health system and the supports available, answer the phone and help callers identify and escalate the appropriate next steps for their clients’ increasing care needs.
When does the hotline operate?
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
How much does it cost?
This community service is completely free to access.
