SNHN Staff Become Trained QI Coaches

SNHN’s Primary Care Advancement Manager Deborah Pallavicini, and her team are now Improvement Foundation trained Quality Improvement (QI) coaches.

A QI coach work’s collaboratively with a general practice team for up to 12 months, to identify problem areas, give feedback, help set business goals and implement tailored solutions that will add value to the practice for the benefit of their patients.

Deborah and her team will begin collaborating with eight practices in the first wave of this project in 2016.
