For Excellence in Early Detection of Kidney Disease in Primary Care
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Kidney Health Australia believe that every person at risk of kidney disease should receive a regular kidney health check and subsequent evidence based care to reduce the progression of kidney disease. To recognise excellence in this field we are proud to announce a new awards program to celebrate individuals or organisations who deliver best practice.
Kidney Health Australia invite you to nominate either:
- A primary care individual
- Or a primary care clinic or group
Demonstrating excellence in early detection and management of kidney disease.
The recipients of this inaugural award will be announced in Kidney Health Week (commencing 23rd May).
Nominations open on Monday 4th of April and close on Saturday 1st of May.
