This module aims to develop skills in comprehensive mental health assessment and management planning, derived from the person’s experiences of illness, and is based on a recovery-focused model. Participants benefit from an interactive experience with experts from psychiatry, general practice, trauma-focused care and addiction medicine, along with shared perspectives from persons with lived experience. We anticipate this module will take 13.5 hours to complete. This includes an estimated 2.5 hours of independent activities and 11 hours of group learning spread over 3 days.
