Sydney North Primary Health Network (SNHN) warmly invites local GPs and General Practice staff to a CPR workshop which delivers the essential principles, skills and knowledge to maintain or restore breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant. The course content is based on the policies and standards of the Australian Resuscitation Council and the guidelines of the RACGP.

Sydney North Primary Health Network (SNPHN) invites GPs, Primary Health Care Nurses, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists and other exercise health providers to attend an interactive workshop on LiFE program for preventing falls. The Lifestyle-integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) program is a way of reducing the risk of falls by integrating balance and strength physical activities into regular daily tasks (e.g. unloading the dishwasher becomes an opportunity to improve strength, brushing your teeth becomes an opportunity to improve balance).
