WEBINAR – Strength & Resilience – dealing with challenging situations during COVID-19 and beyond

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GPs, practice nurses and practice staff to a two part webinar which will cover the research on aggression and violence in general practice, managing reactions and responses, de-escalation and diffusion skills, communication skills, non-verbal communication, recognising aggression, practice and home-visit safety. You must attend Part 1 and Part 2 to receive RACGP points and a Statement of Attendance.
