Short Mental Health Interventions: Implementing digital CBT-I tools

Tue 16th May 2023 @ 12:30 pm

Quick 30 minute webinar presented by BlackDog – 12.30pm and 6pm sessions available.

Half of all mental illnesses start during early high school by 14 years. At this critical stage of development, 40% of teens will experience significant sleep problems, which can heighten their risk of developing anxiety or depression in the future. By addressing ways to get high quality sleep, we set the foundations to promote emotional, social and physical wellbeing and academic performance, now and in the future. Despite this, sleep can often be overlooked as an essential factor in optimal mental health.

Join us as we explore the impact of sleep on young people and how you can use a digitally delivered CBT-I tool to support you in clinical practice.
