You’re invited to share your thoughts on new psychological treatment services in Residential Aged Care Facilities.
SNHN is working to improve mental health care in Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Northern Sydney PHN region by developing new psychological services for residents identified as having mild to moderate mental health needs.
We are calling on consumers*, carers and family members, health professionals and service providers to help us design services that meet the needs of residents with mild to moderate symptoms of common mental illness. More information will be provided to registered attendees. Registrations are limited so please RSVP early to secure your place.
For more information contact us on 9432 8250 or to RSVP email email@example.com including any dietary requirements by 22nd February.
We’re inviting interested persons to have a say on the new services by completing a short online survey that will be open until Friday 1st March.
If you are a consumer, family member and/or carer, please complete the survey available here.
If you are a health professional and/or health care provider, please complete the survey available here.
* SNHN values the input of consumers, families and carers and understands that they may not be able to attend this session. To this end, we are offering consumers additional, more flexible opportunities to provide input. If you know of anyone who would like to do so, please contact Kahli Mason, Commissioning Manager via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (02) 9432 8265.
