POSTPONED – Resilient General Practice
This event is fully booked.
Primary care clinicians dedicate much of their time caring for and supporting the health and wellbeing of patients, families and communities. Amid busy clinics, unexpected challenges, competing priorities and ongoing workforce pressures, it can be difficult to prioritise your own wellbeing.
This online session will explore the mental health impacts of frontline care, individual factors that support wellbeing, recognising when your wellbeing may be under strain, and simple self-care strategies that can be incorporated into everyday practice.
* This session has a focus on individual wellbeing and will not be recorded. Practice owners and managers might also be interested in the Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace session being held on the evening of 27 October.
