POSTPONED until 2020 – Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital: Emergency Department Update

This event has been postponed until 2020 (date TBC).

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GPs, Primary Care Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and Aged Care workers to the Emergency Care in the Hospital and the Community workshop. Topics will include Access to Services, the role of Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) Communication Pathways, what the ED can and cannot offer, the Acute Post Acute Service (APAC), and the role of the Geriatric Rapid Acute Care Evaluation (GRACE). Participants will also hear about the Paramedic to GP Artarmon Secure Messaging project.
