Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites local GPs, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and their staff to this stakeholder engagement workshop that will allow participants to inform the future direction of the Digital Health Strategy employed by Sydney North Health Network.

The Sydney North Health Network is developing a Digital Health Strategy for the Sydney North Region from 2021-2024.

The Digital Health Strategy will:

  • Deliver a Digital Health Vision for the Sydney North region
  • Indicate and influence the direction and focus of our efforts and funding.
  • Identify the Strategic Objectives for Digital Health in our region.

SPEAKERS:

PROFESSOR MEREDITH MAKEHAM 

Associate Dean, Community and Primary Health Care at The University of Sydney, Faculty of Medicine and Health. Meredith is an Academic General Practitioner and Clinical Professor at Macquarie University. The former Chief Medical Adviser for the Australian Digital Health Agency, the national Agency responsible for digital health services and technologies delivered in Australia, ensuring compliance with digital health standards. Meredith is a member of the WHO Safer Primary Care Expert Working Group, former lead of the eHealth and Safety in Primary Care research stream at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation and a practicing GP.

 

Presentations by Dr Magda Campbell, GP and Nephrologist Dr Patrick Coleman.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

GPs, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and their staff.

COST:
GPs, Specialists, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals and their staff practising within the SNHN region will be reimbursed $150 for their participation in this codesign opportunity.
