Sydney North Primary Health Network (SNPHN) invites local GPs, Primary Care Nurses, and General Practice Staff to attend this Basic CPR Training for General Practice.

 

This CPR course complies with the guidelines of the Australian Resuscitation Council and the guidelines of the RACGP.

 

DUE TO POPULARITY, THIS TRAINING IS LIMITED TO TWO PARTICIPANTS PER PRACTICE.

RACGP CPD POINTS:
This activity has been allocated 5 Category 2 points under the 2017-2019 RACGP QI&CPD program

SPEAKERS:

Mr Norm Spalding, former Paramedic and Managing Director / Chief Instructor at Medixcare

TARGET AUDIENCE:

GPs, Practice Nurses and Practice Managers

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Describe and Implement an DRSABCD action plan for all casualties
  • Detect and manage an unconscious patient
  • Identify cardiac arrest and perform CPR
COST:
