COVID-19 Vaccine in Pharmacy: Managing Change, Customer Expectations & beyond

Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) invites Pharmacy proprietors, pharmacists and their staff to a webinar and Q&A session on COVID-19 Vaccine rollout: managing change, customer expectations and the consent process. This webinar also explores what has and hasn’t worked and will conclude with a Q&A session.

Cathy Baynie | Practice Manager and Director/Immediate Past National President Australian Association of Practice Management Ltd (AAPM)

With career long experience in health, Cathy consults to both General and Specialist practices with a focus on system improvement, risk and change management.  Cathy is the Immediate Past National President of the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM), is a Registered Nurse and also the Academic Director, Health Programs with the University of New England Partnerships teaching into the Diploma of Leadership in Healthcare Practice. Cathy also has a ministerial appointment to the Primary Health Advisory Group, Department of Health.

Matthew Burton | Pharmacist

Matthew is a pharmacist with more than 20 years’ experience in community pharmacy. His role as a proprietor of Pymble Pharmacy has provided him with extensive experience in primary health care and business operations. In 2012 Matthew designed and constructed the combined medical and pharmacy practice in Pymble. His other roles include appointment as oral examiner for the Pharmacy Board and as professional NCAT member for the Pharmacy Council of NSW. Matthew has a passion for connecting with his local community. He is currently appointed to various boards and committees relating to industry and governance.
