Become a Mental Health First Aider

Mental Health First Aid Australia are pleased to provide Mental Health First Aid training.  About 1 in 5 Australia adults experience a common mental illness each year.  Mental Health Aid (MHFA) training will teach you practical skills to support someone with a mental health problem. Make a real difference at work and in your personal life. This course teaches first aid skills for adult members of the public to give initial help to adults experiencing mental health problems, in a mental health crisis situation, or in the early stages of a mental illness.
