The diabetes clinic at Royal North Shore Hospital can offer training for practice nurses. This is a four-hour session consisting of:
- Hands on diabetes complication assessment (approx. 2 hours)
- Education session on insulin therapy and insulin devices (approx. 1 hr)
- Case conference with the endocrinologist (approx. 1 hr)
