The HammondCare Quality of End of Life Care in Residential Aged Care Homes project is very pleased to invite you to our next Tele-education session. This education is aimed at Care managers, Registered Nurses, Care staff and Recreational activity staff.

Kelly Arthurs is a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant with extensive experience working in Palliative care. This session will discuss ways in which we can continue to provide person centred care and support by connecting people feeling isolated and not able to see their loved ones in person.
