BreastScreen NSW is working with services at each local health district to resume screening as soon as local conditions allow

As clinics re-open, women who had their appointment cancelled during the suspension will be prioritised for an appointment locally as soon as it is possible.

BreastScreen NSW remains open for those clients who have been asked to return for additional tests to make a definitive diagnosis.

BreastScreen NSW recommends that clients who develop breast symptoms should contact their doctor or health worker without delay.
