Request for Proposal: COVID-19 General Practice Grant- Improving vaccination rates of specific CALD populations

The Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is inviting general practices participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Northern Sydney Region the creativity to plan work on approaches to undertaking a vaccination activity aiming to improve vaccination rates of non-Medicare eligible patients and specific CALD populations identified by SNHN though a ‘Request for Proposal’ process.

Information Session: An information session will be held on Tuesday 10th May 2022, 12-1pm, via Zoom.

Registration: RFP documents will be available from the SNHN TenderLink Website, once applicants have completed pre-registration on the SNHN TenderLink Website.

Closing date for submissions
4:00PM AEST, Thursday 26th May 2022.

All applications must be received in full via the online submission form on TenderLink by 4.00pm AEST. Late applications will not be accepted.
