Aged Care Services – what makes a difference to you?

SYNOPSIS: 

We would appreciate consumers and carers attending to discuss what factors are most important to you when choosing a provider of aged care services. This information will help NSW Health in designing services to suit the needs of older people in NSW.

The workshop will be conducted by Carers Support, Northern Sydney Local Health District and the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation. They are particularly interested to hear from consumers and carers who have used Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACATs), Regional Assessment Service (RAS), services providing social support, transport assistance, domestic assistance, personal care, home modifications, nursing care, food assistance services, allied health support services.
